Enamel medals are created using a unique process which therefore gives a far more premium feel compared to printed or pressed medals.
- A custom cast is created from your artwork.
- The cast is used to stamp the design into a metal blank so creating raised and recessed areas.
- Enamel is hand-filled into the recessed sections of the design therefore giving a glossy tactile finish.
- We bake the medal in an oven to harden and set the enamel colours therefore prolonging it life.

What are our prices?
As we create each medal from a bespoke die or cast we recommend in order to make it cost effective we have a minimum order of 100+ medals.
If you need less than 100 medals the cost per medal will go up. We will still supply but we will be open and honest if you can get a printed or moulded medal cheaper elsewhere. Our prices for bespoke medals are the the cheapest in the UK.
When you order significantly more than 300 medals, please get in touch and we will give you a bespoke quote. We can therefore get you the best value for money deal we can.

How does the bespoke medal Ordering Process work?
5 Simple Steps:
- You design the medal and then provide a JPEG or PNG File to us
- We then confirm the design and get your sign off
- We manufacture – this takes about 4 weeks
- The medals get shipped to you
- Your medals arrive
Once you have submitted your order, we will then check your images so as to check the quality. If all is ok we invoice you. After you have paid, your order gets added to our backlog so it can be manufactured and processed.
